Youth Organization Status: M implements the project Be a man talk about alcohol and alcoholism among young men aged 14-18 who are directed on the project from active Be a man clubs in THS Faust Vrančić, TS Tesla, VS Gospić and HS Valpovo and from Be a man club that is in Kozari Putevi in Union of Roma of Croatia. Throughout active Be a man clubs, 80 young men are applying for participating in residential camps in City of Youth Granešina during recruitment actions that occurs in schools and in Kozari Putevi. Youth Organization Status: M organizes 3 residential camps in the City of Youth, where young men receive information about alcohol and the risks associated with alcohol consumption, and build skills necessary for dealing with situations where it is necessary to make decisions related to alcohol consumption.

It is about interactive method that encourages the involvement of young people to take responsibility for their own behavior and think creatively about positive solutions for the community. Basic topics covered in the methodology are: health risks associated with alcohol and prevention and deconstruction of negative pressures that lead to the use of alcohol by strengthening the skills of analysis and negotiation, the association of alcohol with violence and conflicts, the impact of alcohol on society and involvement in positive social change by raising awareness of peers.

When camps end, young men are going back to their community strengthened with new knowledge and skills and become members of Be a man club which support them to carry out positive change in their school and community.

Young men communicate with leaders through Facebook groups and plan further course of actions. They plan action in school where they will present project, their results and positive changes which they experienced by including in project. Action called Be a man, change the rules will be held in each of four schools where there is an active Be a man club as well as in Kozari Putevi. During each action, in consultation with the school, there will be drawn a graffiti that will carry some of the positive messages of the project, and workshops for members of schools and young men and women from Kozari Putevi will be held. In this way we will present the project and encourage other young people from the school and community to involve.
